At the preliminary examination, Judge Theresa Doss also reduced a felony count of discharging a weapon in an occupied home to a misdemeanor count of negligent discharge of a weapon causing property damage. If convicted, Daniels could be sentenced to up to one year in jail and a $500 fine.
