December 03, 2007: Firefighter Michael Boyd received a speeding ticket [50mph in a 35mph zone]...less than four months after his sentencing for the August 17th assault charges. Conditions of that plea were that his thirty day sentence in jail would be suspended if he remained law abiding for the next year.

[4/08/09]. NOTE: When Boyd accepted this plea [4/08/09] he was also facing charges for a March 30, 2009 drunk driving offense.
