PAM'S AUKERMAN'S FAMILY'S PLEA FOR AN ATTORNEY

Admist their grief of having to deal with the horrific and unjust murder of Pam, her family has endured numerous injustices since Pamela's murder: custody of Pam's young daughter was given to the Pam's murder's family; Pam's murderer's family dictates Pam's family's visitation with Kayla; Pam's murderer's family custody of Kayla provides no visitation rights to Kyle [Kayla's older brother]; Pam's murder's family has been able to obtain a court order preventing counseling for Kayla, who was present at the time Kevin murdered Pam; Pam's family had to pay for Pam's funeral; Pam's murderer's family receives Pam's social security benefits; Pam's murderer's family has removed vehicles [travel trailer; dirt bikes; etc.] from Pam's property, and hidden them and then reported them as stolen by Pam's family; Pam's murderer's family emptied out Pam's house within hours of Pam's murder; Pam's murderer's family has maintained control of all of Pam's assets, bank accounts, life insurance policies, 401k, etc.; instead of Kevin's 401K going into a trust for Pam's children, Pam's murderer's mother received these funds; Pam's murderer's parents have received both Pam's and Kevin's life insurance policies...and not Pam's children, etc.

Pam's family is attempting to find an attorney who would represent them in a case to fight for custody of Kayla, and insure that all monies Pam's murderer's family have received at the expense of Pam's murder, be placed in a trust fund for Pam's children. In other words, Pam's family is looking for an attorney that will be Pam's voice.

Pam's family is also attempting to find an attorney who would represent them in wrongful death suit against the city of Plainwell Michigan. They have evidence demonstrating that the Plainwell Police Department had prior knowledge of the threat Officer Kevin Brainard posed to Pam, yet failed to act/ failed to keep Pam from harm [Color Of Law].
