Wisconsin takes action to fight high rates of domestic abuse among cops

A news article that Cloudwriter from OIDV network http://www.behindthebluewall.blogspot.com passed onto me and which I posted over on the Wisconsin OIDV website. Hopefully more states will follow Wisconsin's lead, eh.
