On December 30, 2005....while Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Floyd was on probation [May 23, 2003 assault of his ex-wife], he was found in criminal contempt of a civl matter: his divorce / child custody case. In April 2006, Floyd attempted to have the contempt decision appealed.
